With a cotton sateen weave, Riley White Goose Down Comforters are so soft and pretty you’ll (almost) think of ditching a duvet cover. Our white goose down comforters come in 2 levels of warmth: Our All-Season comforters are filled with 700 Fill Power white goose down. The Extra Warm level is (over)filled with 750 fill power white goose down. We used even more down and a higher fill power to make sure that it’s as extra warm as it sounds. Our down carries the Responsible Down Standard (RDS). This means that the entire supply chain is strictly governed by standards that ensure humane animal treatment as well as the highest-quality down. These comforters have a baffle box construction which prevents the down fill from shifting to one part of the comforter. Just for fun, we even embroidered a playful little "R" onto one of the corners. We also sewed in loops to attach to our duvet cover ties so your comforter doesn’t slide around inside your Riley duvet covers. The goose down comforter comes with a 5 year warranty.  We've got your back.

Care Recommend front loading, commercial washing machine in cold water with mild detergent. Run additional cold rinse cycles to remove soap residue. Tumble dry low heat with a few clean dryer balls for maximum fluffiness. Do not bleach.

This comforter is made with a 100 percent long-staple cotton cover, with a sateen weave, and filled with down, the soft and spineless feathers of the underbelly of geese. Riley follows the Responsible Down Standard, so this down is both ethically sourced and high-quality. 

The White Goose Down comforter comes in two variations: all-season and extra-warm. The all-season is 700 fill power and the extra warm is 750 fill power, so you can choose whichever is right for you. The filling is distributed evenly using baffle box stitching to prevent lumps. You can also attach a duvet cover to the loops or use it alone.

Down comforter all season king size

This is the second time I have purchased this, for my second home. Riley was out of stock for awhile and though I spent many hours looking for another of similar quality, I simply couldn't find one. When I saw they were back in stock, I was ecstatic! It is exactly the same quality as the one I purchased years ago!

Warm and light

At winter I keep my bedroom temperature at 63F, but all warm under my white goose standard warmth blanket. The outside of the blanket can feel cold when touched (at 63), but inside it’s comfortable warm. Definitely not cheap. But I feel it’s worth it if bought at sale price.

I have the white goose down comforter, down pillow and down alternative pillow (all featured in the picture below). My dog loves the bedding just as much as I do. He often asks to go under the covers.

I purchased the Riley White Good Down Comforter - All Season (King size) + duvet cover a few years ago and have been loving it!  It's the perfect fluffy cloud-like comforter that I can use year round.  Duvet cover is super soft and has held up really well.  Just upgraded my bed and it still looks great!
